'A' Litter
Six puppies were whelped on Monday 6 July 2009. There are three white boys, one white girl and two black and cream girls. (We may presume for this that Hugo's masked colour is black and tan).
They are developing beautifully. They received Early Neurological Stimulation and have been handled daily (if not hourly). They have been exposed to household noise, strangers, visitors, children, other dogs of various sizes (our dogs), birds, horses, in addition to experiencing a variety of surfaces and elevations. They will be temperament tested at seven weeks of age.
Already (at 5 weeks) their individual personalities are quite apparent. They are an extraordinarily easy litter to deal with and show a great love of interaction and life. They have commenced a formal socialisation program, in that their experiences are being charted and will be available to new puppy owners, who will then be encouraged to build on these experiences.

At six weeks they have received their first C5 vaccination and have been microchipped. They are playing more extensively and robustly, and do display increased curiosity for the world around them. They are very eager to interact and play with our other dogs who willingly oblige. They play extensively with our young mixed breed dogs, who appear to wish to join the litter. Nola now allows this where she was more protective of the pups when they were younger.
